For current GLP-1 patients
Continue your care without pretending your history starts over
If you are already using a GLP-1 medication, KÉRISSE can assess a transfer of care. Your current treatment informs the review, but it does not guarantee the same medication, dose or plan.
The handoff
Four steps, with the sensitive details kept protected
The public form collects only contact details and a general goal. Medication names, doses, clinical history and records belong in the protected clinical workflow after the team contacts you.
- 01
Raise your hand
Submit the short public form without adding private medical details.
- 02
Move into the protected workflow
The team arranges your assessment and explains how to provide current treatment information securely.
- 03
Complete a clinician reassessment
A licensed Texas clinician reviews safety, response, tolerance and the available record.
- 04
Receive a written plan
If ongoing treatment is appropriate, the medication path, price and follow-up cadence are confirmed before payment.
For the clinical visit
What helps the clinician evaluate continuity
- The prescribing clinician or clinic name, if available
- Your dispensing pharmacy information
- Your current medication label or prescription record
- Recent relevant laboratory results or visit records, when available
- Questions about response, tolerance and what you want from continuing care
Public ranges
No mystery price after the handoff
The assessment fee is separate from any four-week medication cycle. Your exact total is provided in writing before payment.
- Video assessment
- $80
- In-home assessment
- $180 + mobile-zone fee
- Semaglutide cycle
- $299–$499 per four-week cycle
- Tirzepatide cycle
- $349–$599 per four-week cycle
Four-week medication pricing varies by clinician-selected dose. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved drugs. A transfer request does not guarantee continuation of a specific medication or dose.
Important boundaries
What a transfer request does—and does not—mean
It does: create a route for a licensed clinician to evaluate ongoing care with your existing treatment context in view.
It does not: establish a patient relationship, authorize a refill, reserve an appointment or confirm that treatment is appropriate.
Until then: do not stop, change or restart a prescription based on this website. Contact your current prescriber for medication-specific guidance.
Will KÉRISSE continue my current GLP-1 dose?
Not automatically. Your current treatment informs the reassessment, but the receiving clinician decides what is safe and appropriate.
What records help with a GLP-1 transfer?
When available, bring the current prescriber or clinic, dispensing pharmacy, prescription label and recent relevant laboratory or visit records through the protected clinical workflow.
Can my transfer assessment happen at home?
KÉRISSE is now booking in-home assessments at eligible addresses in select DFW mobile zones. Choose the in-home preference on the request form; the team confirms availability and any mobile-zone fee before scheduling.
Can I request an emergency refill through this page?
No. This page does not authorize a refill or provide urgent clinical care. Contact your current prescriber for medication-specific guidance; call 911 for an emergency.
Clinical decisions are made after an assessment. Individual experiences and results vary, and no weight-loss outcome is guaranteed.
If you have an urgent medication concern, contact your current prescriber or seek urgent care. If this is an emergency, call 911.
