Dallas–Fort Worth metabolic care
DFW metabolic and GLP-1 care, built around follow-through
For adults looking for careful medical weight management—not a prescription checkout. Begin with a licensed Texas clinician, see the real price range, and know who follows up.
The short answer
KÉRISSE offers assessment-first metabolic and GLP-1 care by video across Texas and is now booking in-home appointments in select DFW service zones. A video assessment is $80; an in-home assessment is $180 plus the confirmed mobile-zone fee. Medication cycles are priced separately, and treatment is never guaranteed before clinical review.
The care model
The medication is one part. The follow-through is the care.
KÉRISSE starts with a licensed Texas clinician reviewing your history, goals and safety—not with a promise that a particular medication is right for you.
When medication is clinically appropriate, semaglutide or tirzepatide may be considered alongside pharmacy coordination and a scheduled progress visit in each care cycle. The clinician may also decide that medication is not appropriate or that more information is needed first.

Already on a GLP-1?
Transfer without pretending your history starts over
Existing patients can request a transfer-of-care assessment. Continuation of the same medication or dose is never automatic; a KÉRISSE clinician reviews the record and decides what is safe and appropriate.
Before you request
A straight answer to the important parts
Is KÉRISSE available throughout DFW?
Video assessments are available across Texas. In-home appointments are now available in select approved DFW mobile zones and are confirmed by address before scheduling.
How much does GLP-1 care cost through KÉRISSE?
The video assessment is $80. Four-week medication cycles are separate: semaglutide is currently $299–$499 and tirzepatide is $349–$599, depending on the clinician-selected dose. Laboratory work may be separate.
Can current GLP-1 patients transfer to KÉRISSE?
They can request a transfer assessment. A clinician reviews the existing treatment context, but the same medication, dose or refill is not guaranteed.
Does requesting an assessment mean I qualify?
No. It starts a scheduling conversation. Eligibility and any treatment recommendation come only after a licensed clinician completes the assessment.
Are laboratory costs included?
Laboratory work is ordered only when clinically appropriate. Any separate laboratory cost is explained before you agree to it.
What happens after I submit the form?
A KÉRISSE team member replies within one business day to arrange the next step, confirm whether you prefer video or an eligible in-home appointment, and explain any mobile-zone fee. Clinical details are collected later through the protected care workflow—not on the public website.
Whether treatment is appropriate is decided by a licensed clinician after an assessment. Individual experiences and results vary. No amount or rate of weight loss is guaranteed.
If this is an emergency, call 911. This website and its forms are not monitored for urgent or emergency concerns.
