KÉRISSE

About

Named for a legacy. Built for a longer life.

KÉRISSE, pronounced kuh-REES, is a family name carried forward. It was chosen because it already held what the company is for: love, legacy, restoration, and the pursuit of a longer, better-lived life.

Where the philosophy came from

Our founder spent years in personal development, helping people do the difficult inside work of becoming who they wanted to be. It taught her something that shaped this company: wellness is about becoming, not correcting, and a person is never just the symptom in front of you.

KÉRISSE is that belief with clinical weight behind it. Whole-person care instead of isolated complaints. Progress through sustainable rhythms rather than pressure. Warmth, honesty and dignity in how people are spoken to, paired with licensed clinicians, real laboratory work and a schedule that holds.

Why we built it this way

There is an easier version of this company. Run a questionnaire, ship a prescription, take the subscription and let the person work the rest out alone. It is a common playbook and it works, commercially, for a while.

We built the harder one. Clinical leadership that owns clinical decisions outright. A scheduled progress visit inside every care cycle, not sold as an upgrade. Pricing explained in full before anyone is asked to pay. An assessment that is allowed to conclude no. It costs more to run, and it is the only version worth putting a family name on.

Leadership

The people accountable for it

Responsibilities before titles. Each role below is described by what the person actually owns, which is the standard we hold ourselves to before any title gets used publicly.

Ke’ren founded KÉRISSE and sets its direction: what the company offers, how people are treated when they arrive, and the standard it holds itself to when nobody is watching.

She has spent her career helping people do the harder work on themselves, from the inside out, and she kept meeting the same wall. People were showing up for their own lives while the clinical side of their health was handled like a transaction. She built this company to close that gap.

Day to day she owns the client experience end to end: what a first conversation feels like, what a care relationship is expected to deliver, and where the company says no. She is the reason every relationship here begins with an assessment rather than a product, and the reason a clinician is free to conclude that treatment is not the right answer.

Operations, systems and analytics

Russell owns how the business actually runs: the operating design, the technology, the analytics and the economics underneath the care model.

He builds the systems that let a small clinical team deliver the same quality on an ordinary week as on a good one: how care cycles are scheduled, how coordination gets handled before it reaches a patient, and where the work is automated so clinicians spend their time on clinical judgment.

He also owns measurement. Retention, capacity, response times and contribution margin are tracked because a company that cannot see those numbers cannot honestly claim its standard is holding. If something here works reliably rather than occasionally, that is his work.

Fred Crone, who leads clinical operations and implementation at KÉRISSE.

Clinical operations and implementation

Fred owns clinical operations: the care pathways, the protocols, the delivery model and the escalation rules that decide what happens when something is not routine.

He has spent his career turning clinical intent into procedures a team can follow safely and repeatably: who is credentialed to do what, in which setting, under whose order, documented how. That work is invisible when it is done well and impossible to fake when it is not.

He also owns escalation. What happens when a patient reports something unexpected, who responds, how fast, and where it goes next are defined in advance rather than improvised. He is the reason the standard holds on an ordinary Tuesday and not just on a good day.

Clinical care and clinical protocols belong to qualified medical leadership. Final agreements, credentials and scope are being documented before any further title or clinical claim appears here.

Our standards

What we will not do

  1. We will not sell you a product before we assess you. Care starts with a clinician deciding what is appropriate, including when the answer is no.
  2. We will not publish a price we cannot honor. Pricing appears when packages, inclusions and terms are final, and not a day earlier.
  3. We will not promise an outcome. No guaranteed results, no before-and-after bodies as the brand story, no miracle language.
  4. We will not describe a compounded preparation as an FDA-approved drug. They are different things and the difference matters to you.
  5. We will not charge you to tell us something feels wrong. Reporting a possible reaction is part of treatment, not a billable event.
  6. We will not put clinical judgment in the hands of a business rule. Licensed clinicians decide whether care is appropriate, including when the answer is no.
