What this website collects
Written plainly, because a privacy notice nobody can read is not a privacy notice. Last updated October 12, 2026.
We collect what you type into a form here so we can reply to you. Your medical information does not live on this website; it lives in a secure clinical system with your care team, under a separate notice you receive when your care begins.
What we collect and why
Your name and email, plus your phone number, your general area, the care families you are curious about and anything you write in a free-text field, if you choose to give them. We use it to reply to you and to contact you about KÉRISSE if you asked us to. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
What to keep out of these forms
Please do not send medical history, diagnoses, medications or laboratory results through a form on this website. These are ordinary marketing forms and are not a protected clinical channel. Tell us the general goal and we will take the detail somewhere it belongs.
Where it goes, and for how long
A submission is stored with our hosting provider so a message cannot be lost if email delivery fails, and it is emailed to the KÉRISSE team through our email provider. Both act on our instructions. We keep it while we are in contact with you and no longer than we need it, and we never log secrets or full submitted personal information.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If website analytics are enabled they measure aggregate page views and form completions, are never connected to health information, and are never used to build a profile of you. When analytics are not configured, no analytics script loads at all.
When you arrive through a campaign or another website, this site may keep the landing page, referring page and campaign labels in temporary browser-session storage. If you submit a form, those labels are saved with the request so we can understand which outreach produced it. They do not contain the medical details we ask you to keep out of these forms.
Your choices
Write to hello@mykerisse.com and ask us to send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Reply to any message from us asking to be removed and we will remove you. This website is intended for adults.
Changes
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it, and substantive changes are described here rather than slipped in.
