How care works
Five steps, one relationship
Nothing here is unusual. What is unusual is that every step actually happens, on a schedule, with a named clinician responsible for it. That is the whole product.
The sequence
What actually happens, in order
Step through a full care cycle. Every step is a real, scheduled event with a named clinician accountable for it.
01 Assess
Start with a clinical assessment
A structured intake, then a video visit with a licensed clinician who decides whether care is appropriate for you.
You answer a set of questions about your history, your medications, your goals and what you have already tried. A licensed Texas clinician reviews it with you on video. Nothing is prescribed in this step. The output is a decision about whether treatment is appropriate and what would have to be true first.
02 Plan
Get a plan built for you
Your clinician explains the options, what each one costs, what it involves and what it cannot do.
A plan names the treatment if there is one, the laboratory work if any is needed, the routines that sit alongside it, and the schedule of visits. It also names the limits honestly. You are told the price of everything before you agree to anything.
03 Treat
We coordinate the details
Pharmacy and laboratory coordination is handled for you, and you choose how treatment is administered.
The coordination work that usually lands on the patient lands on us instead. You choose an administration pathway from the ones you are eligible for, and you are told exactly what to expect, what to watch for, and how to reach someone.
04 Check in
Progress visits keep it honest
A scheduled clinical visit in every care cycle, where the plan is adjusted based on how you feel and function.
This is the step that separates a care relationship from a prescription. Your clinician reviews response and tolerance and changes the plan when the evidence says to. You are never charged simply for reporting that something does not feel right.
05 Maintain
A plan for the season after
Active treatment is not the whole story. Maintenance is planned from the beginning, not improvised at the end.
Most programs end when the medication ends. Yours does not. Maintenance planning is part of the original plan, and the relationship is designed to carry you into whatever your next season of health actually needs.

The part most programs skip
A progress visit is not a check-in message
A support inbox is useful. It is not clinical management. A progress visit is a scheduled appointment with a specific agenda: what changed, what did not, how you are tolerating treatment, what the measurements say, and whether the plan should be adjusted, paused or stopped.
It is deliberately built into every care cycle rather than offered as an upgrade, because a plan that nobody reviews is not a plan. It is a standing order.
Why this defines the modelPrivacy
Health information belongs in a clinical system
Your history, your results and your plan live in a secure clinical workflow with your care team. The forms on this site are for getting in touch and getting started, so please keep private health details out of them until you are inside that workflow.
Tell us the general goal in a website form. Health screening happens through the secure clinical workflow once your assessment begins.
If this is an emergency, call 911. These forms are not monitored for urgent concerns.
Questions
Straight answers
- How long does the assessment take?
- The written intake takes about twenty minutes. The video visit with a licensed clinician is scheduled separately and runs longer, because it is a conversation rather than a form.
- What happens if a clinician says treatment is not appropriate for me?
- That is a legitimate and expected outcome. Your clinician explains the reason, what would have to change, and whether another pathway makes more sense. An assessment that can only conclude yes is not an assessment.
- Do I have to use in-home administration?
- No. Administration pathway is a choice among the options you are eligible for. Self-administration with written guidance is a full pathway, not a lesser one. Supported in-home visits are available in defined Dallas–Fort Worth zones, subject to eligibility and clinical approval.
- What is a progress visit, exactly?
- A scheduled clinical visit inside each care cycle where your clinician reviews response, tolerance and anything you have reported, then adjusts, pauses or stops the plan. It is the mechanism that makes this a care relationship rather than a refill.
- What does it cost?
- Pricing depends on the care family and what your plan actually includes. You are given the total, the inclusions, the exclusions and the cancellation terms in writing before you are asked to pay for anything.
- What if I have a reaction or a concern?
- Contact the team through the published concern route. You are never charged simply for reporting a possible reaction. Emergency symptoms require emergency services: call 911.
