KÉRISSE does not guarantee any clinical, cosmetic, wellness or recovery result. Individual experiences vary, some people will not be appropriate candidates for a given service, and some people will not experience the change they hoped for.
Submitting a form is not enrollment
Requesting an assessment does not establish a patient relationship, confirm eligibility, or reserve an appointment. Care begins once you have been assessed by a licensed clinician.
