A clinical assessment
A licensed clinician reviews your history, your goals and your eligibility before anything is recommended.
Clinician-led care · Dallas–Fort Worth and across Texas
Personalized health, wellness and longevity care designed for your whole life. It begins with an assessment, not a product, and it keeps going long after the prescription.
Why KÉRISSE exists
KÉRISSE is a health, wellness and longevity company in Dallas–Fort Worth, built around one idea: that care should keep going after the prescription.
Our founder spent years helping people do the harder work on themselves, from the inside out. The same wall kept appearing. People were showing up for their own lives, and the clinical side of their health was being handled like a transaction: a questionnaire, a prescription, silence.
KÉRISSE closes that gap. The same belief that a person is worth treating as a whole, now with licensed clinicians, real laboratory work, a Progress visit A scheduled clinical appointment inside each care cycle where your clinician reviews how you are responding and tolerating treatment, then adjusts, pauses or stops the plan. A support inbox is not a progress visit. This is the step most programs skip. in every cycle, and a choice of Administration pathway How and where a treatment is actually given: self-administered at home with written guidance, or supported by a scheduled visit from trained staff. Eligibility, credentials and service zones are set by clinical leadership, not by preference. behind it. Care you can stay inside as your body, your goals and your season of life change.
The standard
01
A licensed clinician reviews your history, your goals and your eligibility before anything is recommended.
02
Treatment where it is clinically appropriate, with the laboratory work and routines that belong alongside it.
03
A scheduled clinical check-in inside every care cycle, so the plan is managed rather than assumed.
04
What happens when active treatment ends is written at the start, not improvised at the end.
How care works
Every step is a real, scheduled event with a named clinician accountable for it. Move through them at your own pace.
01 Assess
A structured intake, then a video visit with a licensed clinician who decides whether care is appropriate for you.
You answer a set of questions about your history, your medications, your goals and what you have already tried. A licensed Texas clinician reviews it with you on video. Nothing is prescribed in this step. The output is a decision about whether treatment is appropriate and what would have to be true first.
02 Plan
Your clinician explains the options, what each one costs, what it involves and what it cannot do.
A plan names the treatment if there is one, the laboratory work if any is needed, the routines that sit alongside it, and the schedule of visits. It also names the limits honestly. You are told the price of everything before you agree to anything.
03 Treat
Pharmacy and laboratory coordination is handled for you, and you choose how treatment is administered.
The coordination work that usually lands on the patient lands on us instead. You choose an administration pathway from the ones you are eligible for, and you are told exactly what to expect, what to watch for, and how to reach someone.
04 Check in
A scheduled clinical visit in every care cycle, where the plan is adjusted based on how you feel and function.
This is the step that separates a care relationship from a prescription. Your clinician reviews response and tolerance and changes the plan when the evidence says to. You are never charged simply for reporting that something does not feel right.
05 Maintain
Active treatment is not the whole story. Maintenance is planned from the beginning, not improvised at the end.
Most programs end when the medication ends. Yours does not. Maintenance planning is part of the original plan, and the relationship is designed to carry you into whatever your next season of health actually needs.

Where we differ
A great deal of what is sold as metabolic and hormone care is a questionnaire, a prescription and silence. The medication arrives, the support does not, and the person is left to interpret their own body.
KÉRISSE is built the other way around. Licensed clinicians own diagnosis, prescribing and escalation. Some people are told that a treatment is not appropriate for them, and that is a legitimate and expected outcome of an honest assessment.
