KÉRISSE

What we offer

One relationship, across everything you need

Most companies make you start over every time your health priorities change. Here, entering for one thing means the next thing is already connected: same clinicians, same record, same standard.

The words on this page

Hover, tap or tab to any of these for a plain-language definition.

  • Clinical assessment A structured review of your history, medications, goals and eligibility by a licensed clinician, ending in a decision about whether treatment is appropriate for you. An assessment is only real if no is a possible answer.
  • Progress visit A scheduled clinical appointment inside each care cycle where your clinician reviews how you are responding and tolerating treatment, then adjusts, pauses or stops the plan. A support inbox is not a progress visit. This is the step most programs skip.
  • Administration pathway How and where a treatment is actually given: self-administered at home with written guidance, or supported by a scheduled visit from trained staff. Eligibility, credentials and service zones are set by clinical leadership, not by preference.
  • Metabolic health How well your body processes and regulates energy. It covers blood sugar regulation, lipids, blood pressure, sleep and how you actually feel and function. Broader than weight. Weight is one measurable output of it.
  • Compounded preparation A medication prepared by a pharmacy for a specific patient, rather than a commercially manufactured product that has been through FDA approval. These are different regulatory categories. A compounded preparation is not an FDA-approved drug, and any provider telling you otherwise is wrong.
  • Continuity of care The same team staying responsible for you across time and changing needs, with your history carried forward rather than restarted. It requires a consistent relationship, a shared record and planned handoffs. Otherwise it is a slogan.

01

Metabolic and weight management

Clinician-led metabolic care, including medication pathways when a clinician determines they are clinically appropriate.

The care KÉRISSE is built around. Clinical management, laboratory coordination, pharmacy coordination and a scheduled progress visit in every cycle, held together as one continuing relationship rather than a prescription and silence. Medication is prescribed only when a licensed clinician determines it is appropriate for you, and it is never the whole plan.

What it includes

  • Ongoing clinical management by a licensed clinician
  • Laboratory and pharmacy coordination handled for you
  • A scheduled progress visit in every care cycle
  • A documented plan for the season after active treatment

Assessment from $80. Four-week medication cycles from $299, with the exact total confirmed in writing before payment.

02

Hormone and midlife care

Hormone and midlife support for women and men, assessed and managed by licensed clinicians.

Midlife changes how the body regulates energy, sleep, mood and recovery, and most people are handed a single prescription and left to interpret the rest. Here it is assessed properly, managed over time, and coordinated with whatever else you are already doing with us.

What it includes

  • Clinical assessment with relevant laboratory work
  • A plan reviewed and adjusted at scheduled visits
  • Coordination with your other care rather than a separate track
  • Honest conversation about what treatment can and cannot change

03

Longevity and preventive wellness

Preventive and longevity support, including expanded laboratory work and clinically appropriate supplementation.

Care aimed at the decades ahead rather than the symptom in front of you. Expanded laboratory work where it is useful, a reading of what it actually means, and a plan you can hold to. Supplementation is recommended only where a clinician judges it appropriate, and never sold as a substitute for the rest.

What it includes

  • Expanded laboratory panels where clinically useful
  • A clinician walking you through what the results mean
  • Clinically appropriate supplementation guidance
  • Routines built around your actual life, not an ideal one

04

Men's health

Hormone, sexual wellness and hair restoration care for men, in the same clinical model as everything else here.

Men are badly served in this category, usually by a checkout page with a doctor’s name on it. This is the same assessment, the same clinician relationship and the same scheduled reviews as any other care family, handled privately and without theatre.

What it includes

  • Clinical assessment and relevant laboratory work
  • Hormone and sexual wellness management where appropriate
  • Hair restoration pathways
  • Private, scheduled follow-up with the same care team

05

Skin and aesthetics

Skin health and aesthetic care, delivered by trained providers with screening and clear expectations.

Aesthetic care that sits inside a health relationship rather than beside one. Every service begins with screening and an honest account of what it is for, what it is not for, and what it will take.

What it includes

  • Screening before any service is delivered
  • Clear expectations set before, not after
  • Aftercare guidance and a route to report a concern
  • Coordination with the rest of your care

06

Localized cryotherapy

Focused cold-based sessions delivered by trained staff through a screened, guided experience.

Short, localized sessions using a professional device and a set operating protocol. Every session begins with screening, because cold-based services are not appropriate for everyone, and ends with aftercare guidance and a route to ask questions.

What it includes

  • Required screening before any session
  • A trained operator following the approved protocol
  • Clear stop signals and aftercare guidance
  • No charge for reporting a possible reaction

Eligibility depends on screening. Session details and treatment areas follow the device documentation, and no outcome is claimed.

07

In-home and concierge support

Scheduled in-home visits from trained staff in defined Dallas–Fort Worth zones, for people eligible for them.

Where care is delivered is a choice here, not an assumption. Depending on eligibility, your clinician and where you live, a care cycle can be self-administered at home with written guidance or supported by scheduled in-home visits. Credentials, zones and scheduling rules are set by clinical leadership.

What it includes

  • Self-administration with written guidance and a route to ask questions
  • Supported in-home visits in defined DFW zones
  • A clear escalation pathway if something does not feel right
  • No charge simply for reporting a possible reaction

Availability depends on your address and approved service zones.

08

Coaching and accountability

Habit, nutrition and accountability support alongside clinical care, from coaches who stay in their lane.

Treatment works alongside what you eat, how you move, how you sleep and how much you are carrying. Coaching supports goals, habits and adherence. Coaches do not diagnose, do not practise psychotherapy, and do not advise on medication. That separation is the point.

What it includes

  • Goal setting and habit work between clinical visits
  • Nutrition and movement support built around your routine
  • Regular accountability at a cadence you choose
  • A direct line back to your clinical team when something belongs there
Please read

Whether any treatment is appropriate for you is a decision made by a licensed clinician after an assessment. Individual experiences and results vary, and no clinical, cosmetic or recovery outcome is guaranteed. Eligibility for some services depends on screening.

Why it is one company

The second thing should not mean starting over

Most people do not have one permanent health need. Metabolic care becomes hormone care becomes prevention, and in a fragmented system each of those is a new intake, a new history, a new set of laboratory work and a clinician who does not know what you already tried.

Here it is one record, one care team and one standard. That is the entire reason these families sit inside a single company rather than being sold as separate products.
