Tell us how to reach you and roughly what you are looking for. A member of the team replies within one business day to arrange your video or eligible in-home assessment. A licensed Texas clinician then reviews your history and tells you honestly what makes sense and what it would involve.

This is not a clinical intake. Please do not share medical history, diagnoses or medications here. Tell us the general goal and nothing more.
